These Terms of Service govern your use of Trifrons, including trifrons.com, and Qybala, including qybala.com, the Qybala iOS app, Qybala physical products, private readings, and deck-code redemption. Trifrons and Qybala are operated by Trifrons AG, Schindlerstrasse 5, 8006 Zürich, Switzerland (UID CHE-410.259.493, “Trifrons”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using these services or purchasing a Qybala product or service, you agree to these Terms.

Qybala is for personal reflection

Qybala, tarot readings, and related content are tools for personal reflection, conversation, and entertainment. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for qualified professional support. You remain the final authority for your own decisions and should seek appropriate professional help where needed.

Website use

You may use our websites for lawful personal or professional purposes. Do not interfere with their operation, attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access, misuse redemption codes, or use our content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Physical products and Shopify checkout

Qybala website purchases are completed through Shopify. Prices, payment, shipping, and checkout are subject to the terms and policies shown at checkout and to Shopify’s applicable terms.

Qybala decks are customised for the purchaser. You may cancel a physical-product order free of charge within one hour of placing it. Once a product has shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded. Shipping costs are not included unless clearly stated at checkout. Customs charges and VAT, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

Private readings

When you buy a private reading, we will work with you to find a time for the session within seven days of purchase.

You may cancel a reading up to 12 hours before its scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session, and missed sessions, are not refundable. Once the reading has taken place, it is not refundable.

Readings are held using Google Meet and may be transcribed using artificial intelligence. Where included in your reading, we may provide a session recording, transcript, notes, or a photograph of the final spread. By taking part, you acknowledge this processing as described in the Privacy Policy. If another person joins your session, you are responsible for making sure they agree to participate.

Qybala iOS app and digital items

The Qybala app is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apple’s terms apply to your use of the App Store, and Apple processes payments for non-consumable in-app items. Refunds for digital items are governed by Apple’s App Store policies.

The app may use RevenueCat to manage purchase entitlements, New Relic for crash and performance monitoring, and UXCam for experience/session recordings. More information is in the Privacy Policy.

Deck-code redemption

Deck-code redemption is subject to availability and any instructions shown on the redemption page. You must provide accurate information and use only a code you are entitled to use. We may reject, suspend, or cancel a redemption where a code is invalid, has already been used, was obtained improperly, or is used in a way that undermines the redemption process.

Intellectual property

Trifrons, Qybala, their artwork, card names, text, designs, software, logos, videos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Trifrons and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited personal use of products and services you lawfully obtain, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit this content without our written permission.

Third-party services

Our websites and services include or link to third-party services, including Shopify, Apple, Google Calendar, Google Meet, YouTube, MailerLite, and social-media platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

Availability, warranties, and liability

We aim to keep our services available and accurate, but they are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties about uninterrupted availability, the suitability of a service for a particular purpose, or the outcome of any reading or use of the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trifrons is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for decisions you make based on Qybala content or a reading. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of our services where reasonably necessary. We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing the new version here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you. The courts of Zürich, Switzerland have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. For questions about these Terms, contact privacy@trifrons.com.
